How to Beat 【The Witch of Lost Souls】Armstrong Overview

Amstrong is a very tough witch to beat, as not only can she deal immense amounts of damage with her active skills, but she also becomes highly resistant to damage because of her 50% damage cut. The more critical hits she makes, the higher her damage becomes and the less damage she takes from enemies.

Blitzkrieg Operation	Level 1 (Unlocks by default) Deals 1 physical attack equal to 500% of Armstrong’s ATK to the 2 enemies with the highest ATK.
	Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) Additionally, if a target is not defeated by this skill, it reactivates (1 reactivation max).
	Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161) The physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 600% of her ATK.

	Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21) Additionally, if a target’s remaining HP percentage is below 50%, the attack to that target is guaranteed to hit.
	Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101) The number of physical attacks becomes 8.
	Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181) If a target’s remaining HP percentage is 50% or higher, the physical attack’s damage to that target is multiplied by 2.

Armstrong first targets two of the witches with the highest ATK in your party and fires off powerful single-hit attacks, which then reactivate if they don't get defeated outright. If your attackers survive that, she'll then fire off a second skill that not only has a high attack count, but whose damage is multiplied by 1.5 if their HP is below 60%.

	Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201) The increases in Armstrong’s critical hit damage and all targets’ chance to deal a critical hit each become 40%.
